Most of my career, whether in Business Intelligence or in illustration and graphics, has involved the User Experience. It's all about connecting with the person on the other side.
Lately (2015-present) I have been a contractor (and subcontractor) for various Federal agencies.
Most notably, I have completely redesigned deliverables, both visually and functionally, for:
Personify, Inc. BI/Data Warehouse product and projects
Based on user feedback from various clients before, during, and after Data Warehouse implementations:
Sprint-Nextel Corp. Change Management, Dashboarding and Scorecarding efforts
I created data visualizations to help Ops Center management identify network issues and opportunities, developing manual visualization processes for portions of dashboards and scorecards that did not use readily-mined, database-sourced information.
